i have a way that would allow people to use the toy drive line by just changeing your flanges out at the t-case and the diffs for cheaper the most adapters all you would have to do is take a nut and flange off and put the new ones on (and yes i can do it and it will work)

I think a template or jig to drill the flanges would be useful for guys with large flanges.

Here's how I did mine, and yes it is ghetto fab with a hand drill, vice grips, and random piece of metal spacer - but it works.

If I remember correctly take a large zuk flange open the center hole with a lathe to match the toy raised center. Then put them together rotate the holes so they are 45 degrees out and match drill them. Sound right?

how about machining a spacer that goes behind the flange to move it out slightly. then machine the recess where the nut goes a little deeper so the shaft will clear the nut. machineing out the center diameter coluld be done at the same time. Then all that would be left would be to drill a new flange pattern ?
