Grab it. That's a great frame to start with, as well as efi intake (use it or sell it), mc and booster (use them), fuel tank (use them), doors/hood/grille - sell to someone with a 1st gen pickup--doors can go for $50/ea for half-door donors, probably $30-50 for the hood, $20-40 for the grille.
