I was wondering if anyone here had a traction bar on their front axel. I know It's good to have on the rear, but I've never heard of anyone putting one on the front of their jeep.

Any thoughts or anyone got it??

I had one on the front of my tued when I had leaf springs . I kept on torquing the axle downwards breaking off the u'joints. ( 1350 ) Ever since I put the torque arm on problem solved with the same amount of flex. Since then I have done a coil conversion and no longer need the bar.

gotta guy in the club who's running one on the front of his explorer (rockwells and leaves all the way around) solved his problems. made it just like the rear traction bar w/ the shackle at the trans. X-member.

take pics when(if) you do it. i agree its not that common though.
