Hi, just saw that the max rpm of Trail Gear pump is 7000 rpm. My Suzuki 1.6 16v makes my TG pump reaching over 8000 rpm. I need a bigger pulley on the pump. Ever occured to someone here? Does a bigger pulley exists? I know TG have many pulleys on their web site but none are over 4.5 with 4 ribs. I need at least 5.5 outside diameter.

You can use a KRC PS pump...IIRC they can handle 9000 RPM all day long.

Oh I am not the one having trouble with your Trail Gear hydro pump pulley being too small. Finally, I am not alone. As I understand many Trail Gear owners have reported that their hydro pump pulley is too small, leading to a decrease in performance and efficiency. Any solutions for that?
