Hi, I haVE A 1985 Toyota 4x4. I noticed for about 2-3 months now i have to add brake fluid every couple weeks. Anyways, My question is my truck drives straight and when i press the brakes the truck does not pull to one side. Only about 3 times has it pulled to one side only when braking, and after it starts to pull to one side it goes away within a couple of minutes. I wanted to know if my brakes is leaking, could it cause my truck to pull to one side every now and then. PLease HELP ME!!!!!!!!!

Hey, a fellow Hawaiian! I had a similar problem with my '85 4Runner - turned out to be the grease from my leaking steering knuckle seals were contaminating the pads. Any other suggestions from the gurus out there?

All that brake fluid is has to be going somewhere, if your trunion seals were leaking, they won't cause loss of brake fluid. I would try checking your wheel cylinders on all four corners to start with. <IMG SRC="smilies/beer.gif" border="0">
