I am removeing my inner fenderwell and rad. support and building a d.o.m. 1" o.d. subframe that the fenders , hood, and grill would attach to for easy removal and save weight. I did a search and didn't turn up anything.

My brother, toyotabajaracer, did an entire tube front end that the fender etc. mount to, I'll tell him to post pics for you.

Here's a cool one of a full-tubular front clip (click the pic to visit the incredibly detailed write-up) on a Samurai. At least he's running Toy axles, so leave him alone. He's AZROCKCRAWLER (I think) on the Sammy portion of this board, so you may want to ask him if you got's any specific questions.
