As some you may know, i have moved back to the UK from Lost Angeles. I finally got my Jeep shipped over here, and went wheeling last weekend. Thought you might like to see pic's...

Its actually harder than it looks, That mud is slimy a$$ed clay, which, if you are from the midwest/east coast you may have some idea about, but So Cal has nothing like this. Even Azusa isn't this slick!

Yeah, its different from cruising the Mojave, thats for sure. I'm living in Essex, but this was in Powys, Wales. Where are you??

I thought it looked Welsh (slimy clay a speciality)

I live 15 miles inland from Aberystwyth 1000 ft up a welsh hill side so this kind of stuff is all arround me.

The photo was taken at a site just outside Rhayader called Cwmderw. A wilderness of mud you can hardly stand up in never mind drive in.

And no I dont like mud either!

Finding dry rock with lots of grip is a bit tricky in sunny Wales.
