So im ordering a spyntec kit to get rid of my unit bearings. There's a ride this weekend and I'd really like to go, but the spyntec kit won't be in in time and my drivers side unit bearing has a pretty decent amount of play in it.

My question is, once they start to go like that do they go quick or do I have a trail ride left in it?

I'd just hate to have it pull apart... That'd be an interesting recovery!

In my experience, no it won’t pull apart; you should be fine for the trails, but not the road.
But that’s just my opinion and personal experience.

I appreciate it. It's just a trail rig so it won't see any pavement.
