Heres the deal:

I was swapping in 8.8 in my yj while going SOA on the D30. Rather than opt for new expensive lines, i went with the 'reroute the hardlines underneath the frame method', EXCEPT, that both the hardlines broke just at the fittings.

What do you guys suggest I do?

Thanks in advance, I'm just a poor college kid trying to get the rig working.

Either double flare a new end on, or get pieces pre made from napa or advanced.

Just because the brake lines are hard doesn't quailfy it as hard-core.

why your under there i'd also look at the lines to make sure there not bad an other areas. Brake line is very cheap and can be purchased in 25ft rolls for $20 or less. Buy some fittings and get at it!

Or you can go to any auto parts store and get line already flared and fittings installed in all kinds of different lengths. Just get something close to the length needed and metric threaded ends (take old line with you if you need to). Remember to bleed the system out when you're done.
