Cool, thanks guys! :) I think I can handle this. I had the tires balanced and rotated and that took care of a lot of it. I found out the the Ujoints were replaced 70k miles ago so I think they might be a problem. This truck was just to cheap to pass up. I will check out the pinion nut on this thing for sure. My Explorer has done that before. Is the Torque settings for an 8.8 in an Explorer the same as an F150? I don't have a Fseries book yet.

Yes, 8.8 is 8.8 with the gears.
