Just put a set on the rear, very soft. Only question is what did you guys do about the width differnece, is there a place to get wider bushings. What length shackle are you using, I have 2.5" extended and they flaten out with the center of the shackle hitting the mount. Did any of you do anything different. They are soft, was thinking of throwing a set of add a leaves, what do you think of this.

Well I'll try to answer you question with a question. Did you use the front springs on the rear?? If so, you added about 2" to the overall lenth of the spring, and that would explain the shackle problem.
Manafree (sp?) sells wider spring bushings.

firt off,......AVOID AD A LEAVES LIKE THE PLAUGE!!!! an ad a leave will cancell out any and all advantages you gained by the waggy swap in the first place.

the more the shackle lays at an angle , the more the weight of the veh pulls the spring flat, thus taking away from its pre-load.
This is why the more angle, the softer ride. when the shackle is at 90 degrees you are fealing the full peload of the spring (more stif ride)

waggys are nice and soft, thats why they are a common swap for rock crawlers. Yours may be excesevly soft due to your excesive shackle angle. I like 45 degres. I dont recall off hand what exact shackle length yeild a 45 degree angle with a waggy swap but if you e-mail "69 cruzer" (he just did that exect swap on his) Im sure he will measure them 4 ya

I used the fronts, the shackle sits at roughly 45 degrees and when flexing it, it lays down to where the shackle mount hits, but the spring is flat, actually it's inverted. My tire is keeping it from going anymore because it hits the wheel well, will be cutting it up this weekend. I already did the washer thing, was just trying to locate some bushings, don't want to look like a hack, but I guess that's to late. We'll see what happens once I get the front in. I might try and add some more leafs from another pack and see what that does. Thanks
