The stock Waggy tie rod will work since it will be under the leaf springs. You will have to bend your drag link to work or it will hit your pass side springs like someone said above. You can convert the drag link to a high steer setup if you get a pass side flat top knuckle and get a SOA steering arm. This way your drag link will be above the springs and your tie rod will be below the springs.

You can get flat top knuckles on both sides and get 2 SOA steering arms and run the tie rod and the drag link above the springs for the total High Steer setup. If you go this roune, you may have to change your pitman arm or have the taper reamed out more to fit the bigger D44 TREs. It all depends on which SOA steering arms you use.
