-Assist private and municipal customers with the purchase of emergency vehicle lighting and warning products.
-Provide comprehensive customer support through a variety of communication channels, including over-the-phone, in-person and via email.
-Process in-coming online orders using industry standard web and accounting/inventory programs.
-Provide "price quotes" or official "bids" per customer request.
-Answer incoming sales phone calls, emails or faxes in a timely fashion.
-Assist sales, accounting or business management with general tasks as required.
-Periodically provide market analysis, and create simple reports detailing competitor's pricing, strengths or weaknesses.
-Actively pursue product knowledge.

The inside sales representative works on a 4-person sales team under the supervision of the General Manager and the CEO. This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Pacific. During a typical work day, an inside sales representative handles 15-20 sales or customer service phone calls, processes numerous online orders and helps a small number of walk-in customers. Basic training on products is provided, however it is essential that inside sales representatives remain learner driven and seek their own foundation of product knowledge. The right candidate for the job is self motivated, able to multi task, and must enjoy speaking with customers.

Located in Tigard, OR
