Looking to make some drive shafts.

I need to weight the frame to simulate the weight of the TT body, engine, trans, interior, etc. I have the bumpers to add to it and can guesstimate the other items like battery, fuel tank, spare, etc, so the susp. will compress giving a fairly accurate flange to flange measurement.

A stock zuk is 2059 lbs. A TT is supposed to be about 150-200lbs more.
So, how much weight do I need to add do you think?

....and before you say it......yes, putting the body and everything else back on is the correct way of going about this, but for a bunch of reasons, I'm doing it this way, with weight added, to get it measured.

So the body and dash weighed 550?

I ended up adding 1853lbs of steel on top of the frame to simulate the weight of everything, and got the DS lengths figured out.
