Fenders meet the die-grinder :flipoff2:

I really like the use of the original flare side-marker light sunk into the fender. :D

but i dont like the side marker recessed into the fender at all, you should have got a second opinion on that one, talk to JasonR about working on you rig while drinking, alcohol and sheetmetal dont mix

I liked the side marker simply because I hadn't seen it before. Even though it's a Jeep I still hate looking like EVERYONE else on the trail. Kinda reminds of those super expensive Mercedes SUV things with the raised marker lights on the fenders though...

Just hadn't got that far yet. It'll be cut down too.
its sad when you read the post title and immediately know what it is going to be about. my fenders bit it one fine march afternoon when i had nothing better to do.:D

Id reinforce those with tube... and I don't know that Id leave any of the front portion of the fender there... Its just gonna get bashed... I bent my fenders more times than I can count, so now they are going to get reinforced with tube, and it should stop the problem.

tube will hopefully come in the near future. I'm working on fiunding a place with a tubing bender and welder that I can use.
not tomention the tube will look way better. also, you should finish the front of the fenders straight across to the grille for the flat look. it looks kinda cool though.

It is actually still in my shop, both halves!

I'm going to use the cowl, hood and grill for a buggy. :)
