I installed my front springs and the stock shackle lets the rear of the spring hit the frame. Anyone got a picture of the rear shackle with these springs??

I used AOR's 1.5" extended shcakles and I mounted my 44044's in the stock front hanger and they fit perfect. At full compression they don't hit the frame. So far anyways.

No pics, No digi cam

I used a 1" lift shackle by Warrior Products. I also used the stock widened front hangers with the 1" shackles and ended up with 5.5" of lift. 1" lift or 2" longer than stock shackles are about the minimum to keep them off the frame. The shackles were about $40 a pair, I cut out the center brace. The WP bolts are extremely tight going through the stock Toyota bushings too.

You could move your front hanger forward 1" to 1.5" and use the stock shackle to keep from messing with pinion angle. Plus it would move your axle forward.

The information I've got is 44044's have a 22.5/24.5 split, stock springs have a 22.5/22.5 split. The front half on the spring is still the same distance from hanger. There's more arch so when the rig is standing, it appears further forward. But as the spring flattens, it'll be the same distance. You need to study the math part of the PCE harder.
