I NEED to do an SAS on my 90 Runner. I"m planning on Allpro all the way around including hi steer and rear coil to leaf. Yes I know I should do the work but just don't have much time on my hands - and would have to get friends to help and lend shop etc...

If I do decide to just pay to get it done where can I take it in AZ? A good shop or even a few guys that have done a few and want to make some side cash will do.

Scott D. is the place I would take it if I do it myself (translation Scott tells me how to do it and welds for me). However, he's in Tuscon and I know he's been busy lately. He did his 95 last year so he knows how to do them - if you are interested Scott let me know - same goes for Jay K. I'll pay for the work (a reasonable amount).

Thanks for the tip guys. I'll call Mark at Kongs. The reason I have not been wheeling is the very same reason I need to get someone to do the SAS for me. I just don't have much free time and my truck is not trail ready as it sits. In fact, it's hardly street ready

Kong is the name of his shop? Is he new and trying to make a job of it or just a little side work? How about it Mark - speek up!

Mike

PS: If it makes you feel better Jack, I have not washed my truck since Rubicon a few month ago

Hersh, Kong doesn't have a web site yet. Maybe you can hook him up. The shop is near Peoria and I17.

Yea I do sas here in AZ. My shop is new but I have tons of experience. Sorry it took so long to reply, but starting a new bizz is time consuming. A web site is in the works. I'am a full service shop, fab, gears, repairs, you name it. This is my life not a part time hobby. I want to be the shop that people remember for custumer service. if anyone has any give my a call, Mark 602-944-2411

Don't do it! I found the perfect truck for you. 1985 4Runner w/7" of lift 33" tires for $3000.00 or best offer. The ad says it runs great and strong(yea right!)but the interior is beat!
It looks good on the outside!
Swap the pumpkins with your 90 4Runner and your locked with a solid axle!

Just thought i'd throw it out there!

I wish this post would have come through last week... I just had 4 Wheelers Supply ("What's a Toyota?") weld my All-Pro nerfs. I
was looking for a Toyota shop. Oh well, next time... Mark your number is now in my Palm Pilot...
