I was thinking of using the all pro wheel spacers on my FJ62 to keep my steering away from my rims/tires. Do wheel spacers put any extra stress on the front end/barings? Has anyone had experience with this kit, or reccommend any other kits?

Yep it will cause more stress. Not as much as people think though. I have 3" made from a freind and they are fine.

Erik, how do yours fit on, longer studs or do you use the studs to bolt the plate on and the plate has its own studs?

Mine are the kind that have the studs on the adaptor. I would not advise longer studs for a spacer over 1/4 inch myself.
