I'm looking to buy some used Super Duty V and B code OEM springs to repalce the severely sagged factory springs on my 2000 7.3 Excursion. I know that I can get these from a salvage yard, but I really don't want to pay the $400-$600 that I'm finding these for on car-part.com. Is there any easy button to push to find some take offs from an F250? I'm in Lexington, SC, if that helps any. I'd assume that a good 4x4 shop would have tons of take off springs sitting around. Any help would be awesome.

Thanks,
Joe

Why couldnt you have posted this a month ago? I just scrapped 2 sets of these.

Just go to any of the Ford truck websites and look for people who've lifted their trucks, they'll probably still have their stock springs.

400-600 and you can get them new from Ford. Thats what I did, I plan on keeping it a long time and did not want springs with a questionable history.

I would start looking at calling off road shops, they usually have take off springs from lifts they will sell for cheap. I also see them pop up on craigslist. But, I think Ford sells them for only 120ish apiece.
