I'm looking at using some 1/2" to 3/4" thick polyurithane or rubber sheet to make a pair of tranny crossmembers.

Can anyone recommend a place either in the SF Bayarea or online that sells it for a reasonable price?

Or does anyone have a suggestion on how to isolate a TH400 with NP203 attached to it? (ie big two bolt foot) I've got about 2 inches from the foot to the bottom of the frame rail:D

OSH sells sheets of Rubber. I have bought it in 1/4 inch thickness. You could stack it and vulcainize it together with tire patch glue.

Energy suspension sells a flat tranny isolator bushing. take a look at what they have to offer...
