no matter how much power you get out of the 1.3, you'll always desire more. If you add a weber to that cam/header/airfilter mix it will be pretty noticeable. I'd only build up a 1.3 motor if the rig was bone stock and I wanted to scream down the freeways. With low gears and offroad, the mods don't make much difference.
