So why would anyone want to use this? Seems to me that it's pretty dumb to have to disconnect your suspension to get inside the rear diff. <IMG SRC="smilies/jeep1.gif" border="0"> <IMG SRC="smilies/jeep1.gif" border="0">

Pual, look at the picture you posted a little closer. To crack open your diff you remove the diff bolts, and the loosen the two link support bolts. Then the Rock Ring pivots upward out of the way, take off the cover. That will not cause the suspension to collapse, the ring is attached to the weld on bar. the ring is a support for the bar. <IMG SRC="smilies/jeep2.gif" border="0">
