I'd say no because the shape of the fenders of the 92 is different, the 94+ is more curved.

hmm i was wondering.. because i know you can get fiberglass fenders for the older rangers that look all round etc...

The glass they put on older rangers is "conversion" glass. It is made to work on the older trucks. Also, some of the conversions involve changing the core support. You could probably put an entire 94+ front clip on gen I style truck but the body lines and stuff wouldn't match.
