winch case ground? give'r

are rep 8000's case grounded?

It has a pretolite motor on it that has 2 posts.

I have been having trouble hooking it up so i put power to 1 post and nothing to the other and got shit all.

Should it have moved? Where i bolted in on to the bumper was rusty, would this be the problem?

figured i would put give'r in just to get some responses

No. Hook up jumper cables to the 2 bolts on the side of the case and you will find out if it works or not. Someone on here had pics of how it should be wired. Do a search and you will find it. Oh and a nice warm Pirate welcome for ya...:flipoff2:
