There are lots of them. Traxxas has 3 channel ones you can find cheap, then there are the Spektrum ones, Futaba etc. Google.

most of your pistols are 2 or 3 channel, Nomadio makes a 4 channel but it's very steeply priced, if you can find one, but, they're quite nice.... for the most part when you cross the 3/4 channel line you're going to a dual stick....which, believe it or not, isn't that hard to get used to....I actually prefer it to a pistol grip nowdays....

I built a custom tube frame crawler once that had rear steer on a seperate channel. It was a stock Revo 2.5R radio that I soldered a potentiometer into the reverse switch location on the radio. That gave me full rear steer on demand. You could do the same for your winch, giving you both in and out power..

Here's the instructions. I used a spring loaded, self centering potentiometer instead of a momentary toggle. Worked really well too. All of the parts can be had at radioshack.. I used option 2 so that a seperate switch could shut of the rear steer when desired, then it self centered.
