I currently run a 95 YJ 4cyl. I might be able to get my grubby paws on an 87 TBI350 with a TH400 and trans case low miles and cheap. This puts the tcase output on the pass side. I already have a full width HP d44 drivers drop and a 14 bolt ready to install. Is there a better tcase that I should look for or am I better off selling the 44 front and building another one with the correct drop? Is there a better stick / tcase option either instead of running auto? I am looking for a set up that will work the best hopefully using the 44 that I already have. Thanks for the opinions ahead of time.

Sell the TH400/case and use a 700R4/NP231 from an S10 Blazer. It has the front output on the driver's side and any Jeep 231 parts will work on the S10 231
