I have a '94 YJ 4cyl. wi/ 189k miles that does not like to start. I have to sit there and crank if forever before it thinks about starting, but once it does start, it runs very strong. It is just not the smoothest,but I think that is more of a vacuum problem. I needs some suggestions. Yes, the starter is good b/c I have changed twice. Tune-ups don't always help either. Thanks
