It would seem we can not leave great alone - and have improved our Dana 60 Arms again!

Image

We can safely say that they are the most feature packed D60 Steering Arms available. Our Key features include:

- Ackerman Steering Geometry. These are the first foreward facing arms that correct steering geometry. Current standard D60 arms on the market today cause an inconsistent change in each tires turning radii. The direct result is the outside tire 'scrubbing' along the ground when a corner is navigated. The corrected geometry built into our arms results in tires tracking smoothly and greater traction.

- While having this geometry, we are still able to clear a H1 / HMMWV Rim Mounted On Single Rear Wheel Hubs. (Reverse Arms Only)[/CENTER]

- Kingpin Spring is eliminated as a preload system is integrated into the billet steering arm body.

- Geometry adjusted for steering and kingpin Axis Inclination Angle - Resulting in a perfectly paralell surface between arms.

- They are the only Dana 60 arms that are raised for leafpack clearance!

- Grease Zerk Fitting for easy Kingpin lubrication.

- Tapered For Tie Rod Ends or Drilled For 3/4" Heims at no extra cost.

- 5th and 6th Hole compatablility for Aftermarket Dedenbear/Reid Racing Knuckles.

- Strong! - 1.25" Thick at the knuckle mounting surface.

- 100% CNC'd from Billet Steel.

Even with the upgrades, we have shaved $20 off per arm . These new D60 arms are...
$159 for a Passenger Arm
$149 for a Driver Side Arm
$299 for a Pair of Steering Arms.

We offer these in a complete CROSSOVER and HIGH-STEER kit.

To order - drop us a line at the shop - always happy to take orders or help.

8" From KP center to DL hole.
Are you offering a pitman with a similar (length) radius?

I had some issues getting full angles out of my D60, and ended up matching the pitman (WJ) with the highsteer arm (PSC)

At 8" I would hard pressed to find an OE pitman that would work... unless I go with a "Swingset" style linkage system.

Or am I missing something?

We designed the length to accomodate the throw of fullsize saginaw boxes, but if you need a hole at a different dimension just let us know.

do you gonna make a kit for ''full hydro'' high steer with your new bearing option ? for dana-60...

Thank you .
yes! and the arms are available as of now.

do you have these high steer arms with two holes on each arm? for cross-over and for hydro assist?

Here's a few pics of our hydro arms. Were putting an ad for them now. We can ship these blank, drill for heims, or rod ends where you want them.
