http://www.calmini.com/ Has some good info for gearing and whatnot, though I have no personal experience with their products or service.

The first gen tracker was based off the Suzuki Sidekick, the second gen was based off the Vitara/Grand Vitara.

do you plan on running leafs or links? do you plan on extending the frame front or back? how much body cutting are you willing to do?

I plan on linking it with QA1 coils. I dont want to do a lot of cutting on the body maybe a little, building my own bumpers. I do not want to extend the wheel base any its a 4 door so I think it will be allright. It will also be a DD.

I've seen one cant remember where but I say go for it. Don't buy anything from calmini. Lol good luck.
well you dont have to buy from them, but it does prove the stuff exists :flipoff2:

check out the zuk forum on here for an idea of how it will come out. if you are going to links and yota axles, then you are going to be cutting off everything below the frame, so you can set it up how you like. the only issue that i can think of would be around what to do about the steering, going from the rack to a push pull, but you could probably adapt a yota steering box and make a mount for it to take care of that.

I was thinking trackick steering they are cheaper in my area. We don't have a lot of junkyard yota's in southeast Missouri. Any thing negative about a trackick steering box?
supposable you can dill out the ports in kick box and it work good. I said fuck it and went full hydro.
