Damn! Soon you will be welding for days in some crazy, contorted, uncomfortably twisted up positions!
all TIG welds too...it does suck!
Somebody commented that this build makes them acutely aware of their limitations. This build makes me acutely aware of the possibilities. Fantastic build.
i agree 100%..i didnt post this to say "im badass and throwing money around!"..luckily i do this shit for a living, but am by no means rich/throwing tons of money around!..80% of the parts im using here are used, luckily i have a well equiped shop to do this, but it obviously could be done at home...i like to "think outside the box" and if someone says "that wont work/cant be done", i like to prove them wrong!..:smokin:

When you weld with 4130 metal do you stress relieve it after? I have used 4130 tube quite a few times and don't do it myself but have always been curious about it.

You do really nice work and respect your outside of the box thinking. Its people like you that make the sport grow and evolve.

This build is so high on the coolness chart its amazing.

I have one question simply out of curiosity...I am familiar with cantilever activated suspensions from the DH mountain bike world and when the leverage wheel travel ratio to shock length gets too extreme the suspension gets hard to fine tune. Do you see that being a problem in your application at all?

Thanks, again I am not questioning the design I am just curious?

definitely proving it can be done! can't wait for this sucka to be flying through the air.
