Well I finally got the trac bar mount after cycling the suspension I finally found a path under there while maintaining 5" of up travel. The bracket on the axle is leaned back a little to clear the engine crossmember. The trac bar is a little shorter than I'd like and the angle is a little off from the draglink if it has bump steer I'll change it I've seen jeeps with worse setups. Hoping to have it on tires by the end of the week and drivelines back in this weekend.

Got the longfield bushings in too.

I have never seen those, and they look like a badass alternative. Looks like these are only $40, and a new set of bearings and seals are $30. When I was installing my Spartan locker I noticed that mine are pretty shot, so I'm definitely ordering a set and trying them out. :grinpimp:

Truck is looking great. And I never seen the longfield bushings either. Sorta sucks I just put new spindle bearing in mine three weeks ago

Air lockers are basically plumbed only thing I'll need to source is pressure switch for the compressor. Put the three switches on my shifter where I can reach them strapped in. Also got limit straps in on the front so the front cv doesnt explode at full droop. Then I washed it.

Took it too the dunes this weekend tranny stayed cool as did the motor. Rear arb worked flawlessly. Front locked in and wouldn't disengage. It was a bitch to turn in the parking lot. And the Yukon hubs won't unlock if anythings in a bind. So I'll dig into the front.

Buddy did roll his 4runner second rollover with second 4runner in 6 monthes. Everyone was fine

Arb won't unlock in the front either a lines pinched (which it isn't) or arb was assembled wrong by my axle guy (highly probable). So pulling it taking back to the axle guy to fix.

I've had the same issue with mine. I usually sit in the truck and hold the brake while giving it a little gas in reverse, then first until it unlocks. once its free they spin real easy, something about the design seems to make em bind up pretty easily though. Been great otherwise and in the grand scheme of things, not a big deal I guess.

Yes or 2wd I unlock the drivers side first whole rotating the drive shaft then passenger. But with the locker locked everything was in a real bind. Not a big deal for the strength.
