I would suggest one of these at each end of the cooler, or at least on the driver side end.

Thanks! And funny you mention I went to China freight and like 3 parts stores today to buy those little goodies and nothing but 3pks for 5 bucks. So I need to order some tonight. I need them for my fuel and brake lines as well.

I use the hell out of them. Pick me up at fastnal by the 20 bag, but I cheat by using my company's discount. Thinking about going a different route on the fuel lines on the one I'm starting on now, little more hi tech but nice.

I also used one of these hose end fittings in the 180 standard radius ends to come back off my steering cooler, gets the hose up and away from the cooler better than what your currently showing.

i only use those where zip ties dont work, ive got 2 of them on my buggy and about a 1000 zip ties :laughing:

I use different variations of and modify these now for routing lines and harnesses. Weld-on with a single bolt.

Rebuilding my warn 8274......free floating bearings held in place by grease doesn't work to well when its 100* OUTSIDE....gotta get my ride tightened up dads visiting in 2 weeks and want to show him what it is we do.

I know its a little late, but for future reference, any big rig shops should have those p-clips (International, Freightliner, KW etc.) I got 3 bins full of various sizes at work for ~$1.00 a piece.

Well had a set back dad ended up in the hospital so had to do a banzai run to grants pass for the last few days. Anyway got my exhaust chit and I'm going to start routing that and dumping it down the driver side. Order a jegs brand muffler for 32 bucks on free shipping night so that should be here tomorrow.

Front and rear drive lines are done clearance is close on the collector for the exhaust I will have to get creative and make some weird cuts to snake down in front of the f body pan. I laughed for a sec and almost said fawk it I'll let it self clearance since it will only rub at full bump. Also got the muffler and think I'm going to hang back below the passenger rear foot area. I'll wrap it in heat wrap as well. Unless someone knows from experience and I can just run it under my seat in the sub frame since there is plenty of room.

If you wrap it get the dei titanium stuff. You don't have to soak it and it isn't all dusty

Progress. Dash is mainly in need to clean up some edges maybe even bondo. I'm no body guy. Made a removable panel in the center below the gauges for a switch panel. Brakes are plumbed now and just need to be tied down along the frame and what not. Threw some expanded metal on the front to protect the radiator. Also redid the mounts for the light bar and got it down and protected more.
