I'm getting an 89 3/4 ton 44 or 50 TTB front axle assembly, not sure which yet, complete with 4.10 gears from a diesel truck. Would anyone be interested in swapping a dodge or chev, prefer dodge, needs to be able to accept lock-outs, dana 44 3/4 ton with 4.10 for the ford TTB???

The d-44 TTB is different than a straight axle.
I had to specify a TTB when ordering a lock right.

BTW, the ttb D-44 and D-50 housings are a direct swap from what I have read.

If I had an old Chevy or Dodge frontend laying around, I'd probably trade it for a D50 TTB axle (provided I have a Ford to put it in), but not a D44 TTB.
I seem to be in the minority here knowing how to make a twin-beam axle work, though (and I probably would take advantage of that and ask for a couple hundered extra in the deal as well :flipoff2: )

Being from a diesel, I'd say the chance its a 50 is pretty good.

really..
the PN for all 30 spline dana 44's is a 2410.
be it ttb or SA, everything in the diff is still the same..
a dana 44 is a dana 44 is a dana 44

my buddies 91' F-150 took a 2410
the 79' axle I put under my 89' took a 2410..

No motor or trans.
