I'm setting pretty decent on it currently but I'm holding off running any for now also.
I stopped in my local GS to pick up my SCAR and was talking with the owner about stuff. There was another guy in the store and I could tell the owner and his helper were pretty much ignoring him. He finally left and there was a whew. :laughing:
I made a comment about it and they started talking about this guy always comes in but won't purchase anything. He wanted a box of 22lr but they are all out. The owner says back when he had 22lr ammo, this fawker didn't want to pay the going tag for it and would baulk, so now he can't get any. :laughing:

Which leads to this. There was a strain on availability of 22lr ammo for a while now. But now it has totally dried up around here at several shops I've been to. My GS owner says that his suppliers are pushing package deals on him now. He says that they won't sell him 22lr ammo unless he purchases firearms with it. Like one 500 round box per firearm. He's pissed naturally.
He has 22lr ammo but won't sell any unless you purchase a firearm from him either, but he says he has to be able to offer a box of ammo for a new 22lr firearm or it's difficult to sell the firearm.
He says no one will tell the truth why there is such a shortage either.:shaking:
I can't believe the hoarders are still gulping it up.
So WTF gives anyway?
