22R head identification in 83 pickup

Driver side of block has a small machined pad on it with 22R machined on it.

Bottom rear on the intake on the head has two (2) threaded holes to attach the intake manifold. All the manifolds I have ever seen have only one hole.
The casting on the head for the intake seems to be closer to the block then the head on my 85.

Intake ports are square.

It looks like the intake manifold should have two lower bolts in the rear to attach it.

Examination of my 85 shop manual makes me think its an EFI head with a carb intake in a 83 pickup.

I have seen intake gaskets with these holes.

What is this head from ?

easiest way to tell if it's an early or late engine is to look for the flying saucer shaped mark on the block on the driver's side(this indicates an '85 or newer block), and check the exhaust ports. if they're pear shaped, they're from an '85-up engine.
