Relay Light Reminder / Light Reminder Buzzer

Service Manuel says another: Light Reminder Buzzer
Whatever, you want to call it; I have a question, when I bought my 91, SR5. ExCab, 4x4, V6 truck, I remember something along the line of " the get the headlight buzzer you need to have the electric mirror / cruse control accessory package" I special ordered the truck as a truck, no power anything, no cruse, no power windows, no power mirrors, so the questions are:
1. Does this sound right? 2. because of a difference in the wiring harness? 3. seems silly for a manufacture to make different harnesses, how would you add dealer options? 4 Is the Part number right 85969-89102? It is supposed to plug into a 4 prong red plug behind the panel just below the radio, the plug for the clock fits but of coerce does not work. There is a brown red plug that is wider and 5 pronged so??
