Do you have these in a 5/16s threaded hole? I've got an entire box of hardened button heads these would be perfect with

why are they 1/4"?

Probably could of made them out of 3/16, but we wanted plenty of thread engagement.
Also the strength of the 1/4" tabs means you don't have to replace it when the panel gets destroyed.

bump for you

91blaze, as a draftsman it is general practice to have a minimum thread engagment of at least the diameter of the bolt in this case 1/4" for a 1/4" bolt

Nice thing about these is they're large enough to hold on to and tack them in place without torching your fingers
