1 1/2" OD rubber bushings

Anyone know off-hand of an application that uses 1 1/2" OD bushings that are all rubber (no metal sleeve on the outside)? 1 3/4" would be acceptable as well. Need some for a t-case mount I'm making and all I have found at the parts store are 1 3/8" rubber or leaf spring bushings with a rubber sleeve inside and out so there is little actual rubber. From what I've found searching on-line '73-87 GM truck bushings MAY be 1 1/2" but can't find a picture. TIA

I had the same problem about a year ago making a new mount for a div 205. I got lucky and found some that were at Northern Tool. They are pretty soft though, and I needed to modify their dimensions and I was able to bore out the center from 1/8" to 5/8" w/ a drill press.

OD is 2", but could be turned down...

I'm not sure I understand exactly what you're looking for but I really like the bushings Spidertrax sells for drivetrain mounting. It's a thick rubber bushing with more give than poly bushings. I used them to mount my engine and they soak up some vibration but don't let it move all that much. The bushings slide into 1.5x.120 tube and use a 1/2" bolt.

YJ main eye bushings are 1.5" OD. Don't remember exactly what size the bolt hole is, maybe 9/16" or so

Well, none of the auto parts stores in town (4 of them) had anything in stock the correct size. I have today off of work and really wanted to get this done; so I just weeded through their inventory of motor mounts until I found something "close enough" and turned it down to the proper OD at home. Rubber being burned off with a belt sander was an interesting compliment to my seasonal allergies.

I had the same problem finding rubber bushings for a t-case mount (1.25 OD) I just gave up and am living with the polys. I hate everyones facination with putting poly everywhere. Leaf springs? sure. But they IMO suck for bumps and isolators.
