This is exactly what I did on mine. Talk to ruffstuff for the weld on brackets. They don't make one in the exact tube diameter of the 14b, but that isn't too hard to deal with, just get the one that's a tad bit too small.
As for hubs, any SRW hubs will work, except make sure you don't get one of the hubs with the slip over brake drums on the somewhat newer trucks. When I went to the junkyard to get mine, I had to look through almost every truck they had before I found a set of the older style SRW hubs.
