Just finished up my one ton axle swap on my 1990 k5 Dana 60F with a Dana 70 rear. New 39.5x18x15 boggers but the axles are geared 3.55. And my funds are low after everything else I've bought for this swap. Will I be able to do some mild wheeling while I save up for 5.13s and lockers? Strong running 350tbi,turbo 350 and a np208.

Anything is possible, but it will suck, and it will put a larger strain on your tranny(and driveshafts) in comparison to being properly geared. Know that and figure out if you want to risk it. Probably not a big deal for a few light wheeling trips... but I know how long "temporary" solutions usually last:laughing:

Yea it's gonna be a temp thing not much into being the guy being weak or broke all the time in my club ya know. Just my funds are a little low after everything just was wondering if I could get by with it for a trip or two untill the funds for upgraded gears and lockers ya know

Definately you can still wheel, you'll just be limited to how aggressive you want to get. As stated there will be a strain on your driveline but just take it easy and don't go overboard.
It will be a nice comparison when you do finally install you're new gears.
