These are not brand R, and not brand V. These are for the guy that can't get his mind around spending 2,000 dollars on a 40" light bar. If you can find the same quality bar shipped to your door for less please let me know and I will do everything in my power to beat it.

All TWF light bars are bench tested before going out the door.

I had a chance to take a few pictures for you guys tonight......

Here are a few test tonight to show you guys what the 20" bar does. It's unreal.

This is my 2011 Dodge Ram on High beam at 50' away. (not the light bar, headlights)

Here is a 12" Led Light bar at 50'

This is kind of funny. I took a picture of my 4 wheeler on high beams @ 50' (No led, just the 4wheeler headlights)

I will run a 12" on the front bumper of my rig.

One year. Like any offroad product it will all come into play as to what all has been done with it. If someone does an endo at 100 mph it isn't the light bars fault.

Test are being run by us now. For the guy that wants the best of the best there are some killer light bars out there. I'd run one of those if I took my rig out at night more than I do the day. However.... my lights get used less than 10% of the time and I am a tight ass. I will buy what I need not what NASA needs.
I'd love a 30" but just don't drive the rig enough to justify the lights. Awesome test though...those 4wheeler lights suck, a 12" bar on my old 4wheeler would have saved me a few roll overs
I understand. A 30" is over kill for most. I can see where even a 6" would be huge to have on a 4wheeler.

Maybe a 20" on my mower? It gets so hot here in KS in the summer. I believe I will end up running a light bar on the mower so I can mow in the dark and not burn up.

The quality vs. cost of these lights is VERY high.

Are you planning on selling the square 2.5 and 4.5 led lights from your supplier? Would like a set of 2800-3200k lights for dusty conditions in races.
We will be looking at all of the available products and accessories for the lights and seeing what we feel will be a good addition to our product line. If we see a great demand for an item we will do our best to get that item in our line up and at a great price!

6" housing = 7.375"
6" feet mounted in = 8"

12" housing = 13.375"
12" feet mounted in = 14"

20" housing = 20.375"
20" feet mounted in = 22"

Every foot when turned in has an extrusion that covers the bolt head. Those stick out .250" on each side in case your mounting area gets tight.

You can see it in this picture.

I'm a country boy. To get a dirt road pic shouldn't be a problem. I also need to show what the 30", 40" and 50" bars do at 50'.

I took at 40" out of the box at Andy's house a few nights back. We were casting light off of a street sign every bit of a 1/2 mile away..

Are there brighter lights out there? Yes. But for the Dollar amount vs the amount of light you get these are badass. We haven't done the.... What would they do if you set a 50,000# object test on them yet. However... I can't think of the last time I need to set 50,000#'s on a light bar:)

Thanks for the pics, Looks great on your rig! Do yourself a favor and run a couple temp wires to it in your garage tonight. Make sure and have some SPF 90 on and step back. I think you will be floored as to the light it gives off.

Keep in mind, Kansas is flat. What angle do you wish them to be pointed?

You will need a relay and a switch. We look to have both for sale in the next 30 days.
