What are the best ball joints to buy these days?

I have always used ACDelco Professional. Those are now Made in Mexico.

I've heard bad things about MOOG the past few years - mostly since they are Mae in China now - from what I have heard.

Is anybody using PROFORGED?

Working on a 1994 Chevy K3500

I don’t know about ifs shit. But Dana 44 stuff I removed some Napa blue boot that held up for 8 years. I put in some spicers in and I’m not that impressed with them. I’ll run them then put the Napa blue boots in when the time comes again.

Why not EMF or AC Delco Professional?

Have those that cuss ACDelco used the Professional grade or the regular grade?

I have no idea why a company would make 2 grades. Especially for such an important part. The price difference is not that great. Seems to me is all it would do, is ruin their reputation from people using the cheaper part and getting poor results.

Most people do not know there are 2 different Joints offered by ACDelco

Ive been looking at those.

After having more than a few POS moog joints self destruct due to shitty boots, Ive stuck to Raybestos premium for ball joints, TREs, etc. Although Raybestos doesnt seem to make them for my 2011 super duty thats just about due for TRE's. But the Mevotech line is....

same here and its time for all 4 again.

I sell a lot of Mevotech these days and the TTX line from time to time. I can post cut away pics that I use as demos if you are interested, all premium Mevotech is metal on metal gusher bushing. Most are nylon :barf:
Please post some pics I'm interested. What is the cost on a set of 4 on a GM D44?
