Which can handle more torque? NV5600 or G56

Here's my problem. Just blew third gear again in the NV4500. This is the fifth time now. To much power and weight. Need to upgrade the transmission now. I am leaning towards the G56 as it seems that the NV5600 is getting hard to find. What's needed to swap the G56 in place of the NV4500? I already have a South Bend Clutch in it (13" flywheel). Do I need a new clutch, flywheel? What about the clutch slave, starter. The truck is a '99 Dodge 2500. 4x4, cummins, edge juice w/attitude, 40hp injectors, hx35/40 turbo. Sitting on 35"s and 3.54 geared. It's weights in a @9000lbs (service body, welder, compressor, tools). Tow around 12,000lbs with it.

My 13 speed went for a test drive last night. All that's left is the floor and speedometer. Did it in a week. Build thread sometime soon. Was too busy cuttin and welding to write while building.
