Nate are your a crack whore? Damn man I realize last night was New Years but wow you pull some hours. I crashed at 10 last night in hopes for a good weekand outside. Then this mornings forcast revealed a staggering -23 today w/windchill. I envy the shit out of your garage! :flipoff2:

Tinker with those bumps a bit. If you've got 5 perhaps explore the idea of an internal bump. Like Daystar. I thought about cutting up the bumps into pucks, and inserting them in tube then capping it with a a thread retainer and a guid rod with another chunk at the bottom for the intial bump. Which would be moreless an exact replica of daystar. Then I was intending to experiment with drilling one large hole or a serious of small hole to get the bump rate 'per see' right. Make sense?

Ohhh and......your oil pan is missing a bolt. :flipoff2:

i haven't even been out there much... i usually get out there between 9 and noon and work till around midnight...

we're having a temperature inversion right now.. it's suppose to last like 10 days... the high a few days ago was 7.. haha fuck..

and i'll take a look at Daystar's bumps.. but i dunno.. at this point its just fuck it, make it work.. so i think im gunna replicate XJ front bumps in the rear so it will also work as a coil retainer.. then i'll do the same thing in the front but i need to extend them down a little bit cuz i didn't wanna have my coil towers be a mile long.. im just going to unscrew the stock bump and sleeve it with something, rosette the shit out of it and find a way to attach those staged bumps i got to it... we'll see.. gotta get shocks on there first.. and brakes... and a rear driveshaft... and seats... and belts.... and more cage.... fuck my dick.. i gotta get to work..

Plan to load the Cherokee backwards? Where are the tie down hooks?
why would i load it backwards??? 75% of the weight is in the front.... and the channel iron will be tie down points

The only issue I see with that exhaust is that it's going to be torquing the shit out of that flexible coupling, being so far away from the centerline of rotation. Especially with rubber motor mounts. I wouldn't be surprised if it rubs on the frame pass-through, for that matter.

.

Real clean fab work, thats pretty slick using what youve got for the bender. how does it bend? pretty decent? keep up the progress man! Im doing a similar trailer build, mine was a camping trailer frame that im going to make wider with outriggers welded to the main frame. i think thats along the lines of what you did.
