took my POS out to morris mountain for the 2011 RBD and my clutch wasnt liking me one damn bit.

what is the best auto to throw in it? and what would i need to pull it out of? (year make and model)

I started with an A340F behind my 22r with duals of course, I have since upgraded to a 2RZ.
So now I have a couple of friends looking into dong this, my recommendation is to find a A340F hopefully from a early 90's truck or runner, also an option is to use the Tacoma A340F and use the adapter to bolt dual cases to it. You would need to find an A340H junk trans to get the bellhousing from to bolt to your engine. Check this thread out. A340F

a340f deffinantly the go, just put one in my dd with turbo 2.8diesel (3L) here in oz, using aw4 tcm coz i couldnt get toy one and cant afford the radesigns option,
