I am gettting ready to do the swap in the next few weeks and i have a few questions to ask....First off i am running the gm ignition module and a push button start and a gm 1 wire now and i wont to leave them the same....I have everything i need including all the interior wiring.....How can i hook up the conversion to what i have know....I do not have a toyota I have a geo tracker with a toyota drive train....84 or 85 22r with the single row timing chain...

read the ****ing faq, there is a thread in there about the gm ingition module. if you also have all the wiring you need, then it sounds like you have it figured out.

well i just read the title, the gm switch listed in the faq wont work if you are running factory fuel injection, why dont you want to run the toyota system?
I did the search and never found anything doing the gm ignition module and a push button start with fuel injection and how would i get it to work with what i have.....U asked why i ant using the toyota ignition I dont have it and all i have is the gm module and i really do no wont to fight with more wiring in the cab area....I wont my 4x4 to be min wiring..
you cant use the GM module with the EFI toyota.
the ECM has to use the factory ignitor to control timing.
