center pivot irragation systems use 33" ish tires. I belive they are for 16" rims so you might want to check irragation su[pply stores. I really wish i could give you model number but its been a few years since i've changed one.

I got my set from a guy with center piviot parts the measure about 34 inch tall and go on 16 inch wheels. I would check around with them.

 

Titan, Goodyear, & Denman all make a 9.5-16 R-1. Titans measure the tallest at 33.6". All will mount on a 16" rim. Most local goodyear dealers seem to have decent prices on goodyear/titan. I was able to buy them cheaper than what was on ebay.

 

I measured our skid steer tires today and they came out at roughly 33" tall and 13" wide. They are 12-16.5's but not super agressive, so might not be exacly what you want, but to give you an ideal on cost they are 186.00$ up here in northern canada. Ka-tire even stocks them.

 

Do not run skid steer tires. They don't flex at all, and will punch out / rut everywhere you drive. You will get stuck often. The side walls are way to stiff.

If you go with ag tires, check out the ag wreckers. That's where I got mine. Also your local fountain tire. I got some used there too.

Front view of my trail spare. Tire is a 18.4x16.1 Rim is 11.5 bead mount surface to bead mount surface. I would go 14" to 16" If I do it over. I have a set of 21.5 x 16.1 that are going on 17" wide rims with weld on beadlocks.

Ive got some 9.5-16 R1s on my beater project measure roughly 33.5 Goodyears I beleive I know they cost $240 new though.

 

Now that the snow is gone, how are those treating you???

 

Great now my only problem is there on a chevy that doesnt seem to know how to quit having engine problems.... I shouldve kept my ford.

just came from a mud run in iowa saw a jeep with 33x1250x15 v-treads looked like they came off a big lawn tractor he paid 200 a tire but i couldn't find a name under all the mud... but there wasn't anywhere he couldn't go with them

 

Probably a trencher tire the lugs arent that big but they clean out great and float pretty descent.

 

only place my r-1's have any trouble is on smooth rock slabs in creek beds. Ledges are no problem as the lugs just grab and go. But, i think they do fine as i don't hit the rocks much. I ran the long bar/long bar tread for a while, but switched to long bar/short bar treads and couldn't be happier. 100% better traction.
