general rule--> 4" difference max between rim & tire

speed on 35s id say 60 max....faster u go....hotter tire gets...faster it wears out

 

80 is fine... Swamper or not, the SSR's are a radial tire and will be fine to drive at 80 mph... but i would run them on a 10" wheel instead of an 8"

 

I ran 35" tsl radials on my ifs gmc and ran 100mph up and down the freeway to work for a year besides the constant trail abuse...

If you plan on using them, keep it around 55-60 or your going to wear those tires out before you got enough wheeling out of them.

 

If you can drive 80 in your vehicle I'll crap an elf. Maybe regearing you would but you didnt put that.
