$18,750 !!
Extremely clean. Not a salvage Jeep, 1/2" wall lower links, check out the specs.
It was built while waiting for my 4 Seater chassis. I thought about keeping it but it needs to go. The Jeep sits right about 6' at the top of windshield frame on 37's at ride height about 5'7" at full bump. The boatsides were a prototype by the old Jeeperman outfit, very clean, very high quality. I have put less than 1000 miles on it since owning and I daily drove it half the summer/fall. It has not been abused but was built to be - wanted something for our place in Colorado that could be driven from one difficult wheeling spot to another. Jeep gets cleaned and undercarriage touched up after use. I have a lot of photos during build, there is a link to photobucket below.
1999 Jeep Wrangler Tj
66,000+ original miles, 5 speed, 4.0l I6 metallic rust, tan interior
Stretched to 101” Wheelbase
Jeep is 6’ 0” at top of windshield frame with 37” Goodyear MT/Rs at ride height.
Custom 1.75 .120 DOM Family Cage, front hoop slips through dash (does not effect a/c vent), very well designed and triangulated cage – not a goofy Poison Spyder cage
‘79 High pinion Dana 60, King pins, ARB, 4.56’s, 35 spline throughout Superior outers, spicer joints, complete rebuild 1/09, high steer arms, ½” trussed, stripped and repainted, have slugs and 35 Hubs, take your pick.
14 bolt rear, shaved, 4.56’s Detroit, trussed, Blue Torch diff cover, El Dorado disc brakes (with parking/emergency brake), sandblasted and painted 1/09 – (axles have about 500 miles on them since built), parking brake works if you need an inspection.
3 link with panhard on front, .25 wall DOM, 1 ½ FK Hiems, Superflex joints (rebuilable and greasable) on chassis, custom/heavy duty brackets on frame and axles, ¾” FK hiems on panhard and upper
Double Triangulated Rear 4 link. Zero rear steer. Lowers links are 1 ¾ DOM .5” wall, 1 ½ high strength FK heims, Superflex joints on frame, rear uppers are .25 wall with ¾” FK high strength heims
2.5 14”Fox Air Shocks on front, 2.0 14”Fox Air shocks on rear
Avalanche High steering, .75 hiems, .25” wall DOM tie rod. .25” DOM steer arm. Factory power steering works fine 37’s, have an extra box, I think
Heavy duty transmission mount
Custom rear crossmember for rear uppers, gusseted, top quality hardware everywhere
ARB Compressor mounted under hood
Atlas II transfer case, 4.3
Tom Woods Custom CV drive shafts front and rear
Jeeperman tube fenders with Gen-Right LED turn signals
Jeeperman Boat-sided with rocker protection-very trick, very well done…they support entire weight of Jeep. They are tied all the way in. Remains stock looking without rockers.
Jeeperman Rockcrusher corners (not comp cut like most)
Jeeperman front winch bumper
Warn 8000 winch
37” Goodyear MT/Rs 90%+
H2 17” wheels
18 gallon fuel cell relocated and above frame rails, uses factory pump, AN fittings , stainless line, fuel gauge and system works 100% as designed
Fuel cell skid plate sits even with frame
Battery tray moved to firewall
Optima Red Top battery
Headers and exhaust, sounds great
K&N Air intake
DOM Shock hoops front and rear – rear hoops have been “boxed in” so they are not exposed, very clean
Aluminum radiator with tranny cooler. Can run steering through cooler if future.
Gen Right LED and turn signals
New suspension seats match interior with harnesses and still has original rear
I am sure there is more.
Weighes 4180 w/o doors and ready to wheel, so pretty light all things considered.

Issues - Needs an O2 and a right front tire rebalanced. Some minor little things. This Jeep was built to wheel the hardest trails and drive home. It sits very low, is very stable, and is very clean. It can run 85 down the road. I was halfway thinking of keeping b/c the time and cash involved but the new buggy is almost done and I don't see this getting used. There's a top and surrounds, an extras fuel pump, and think steering box. In Austin TX, I think this is a steal at $18,750. Extras included. Please email with any questions. Thanks.
