$220 for a LockRight from Jeg's. I'd go for a LockRight.

 

what axle and what size tire? i have seen alot of both of them break. i recomend either a full det. or an arb air locker

 

i have the lockright and im on 37" MTR's and i havent had any problems yet..... knock on wood.....

 

They are the same product, what ever is cheaper

 

I think the lockright has four springs for better ratcheting where as the ez locker only has two.

 

it will be on a dana 44 with 35" tires powered by an amc 304. didn't notice the spring count, good point.

if i were you id save my money and get a full detroit. they are alot stronger than the lock rite or ez locker.

 

Lock rite should be fine with that setup. I have a friend with a healthy 350, and 36's with a lock rite in a 12 bolt rear end and has held up fine.

 

yeah, it took me two years to make my d44 l/r to go from 4 pieces into 20. with 38s a healthy v8 and a doubler. but when it went it took out everything. even the cross pin came out in four pieces.
